Julie Magnuson has provided HR Consulting Services to over 65 companies in a wide variety of industries, with a focus in High Tech and Biotech. Magnuson Consulting charges on an hourly basis for all work done on client’s behalf. Julie works with all sizes of clients and projects that range from small to large. Julie has considerable experience with small start-up operations, and can help set up the HR infrastructure for new companies and manage the HR needs on an as-needed part time basis during the company’s initial growth. Julie can also support the HR-related due diligence portions of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to consulting, Mrs. Magnuson was Director of Human Resources for a 2500 person employer in Poway. In addition to her HR Consulting practice, Julie Magnuson is the founding member of the San Diego Recruiters Roundtable (SDRR), and has held the position of SDRR Chairperson since the group was founded. SDRR was founded in 1998 as a vehicle for a small group of HR Professionals to share information on HR and Recruiting related topics. Today, we have grown to be one of San Diego’s largest and best known HR Networking Communities.
